XM140A is developed for the professional maintenance of large green spaces.
This machine combines the quality of the GRIN mowing system without grass bag with a mowing deck of 140 cm.
The 140 cm GRIN MAXI-3 mowing deck allows an effective grass pulverization, even under difficult conditions.
The extreme maneuverability is granted by GRIN EASY DRIVE: an innovative, practical, easy to use and to maintain zero-turn driving system.
The reduced dimensions of XM140A make the handling on the lawn and the transport very easy. The low weight implies low operating consumption and minimal soil and turf crushing.
XM140A can be transformed in a few seconds from lawn mower into a ride-on machine. This can be done by the user himself thanks to the right accessory and without the need of any tools.

STAND-ON is an accessory that allows to use XM in the standing man on board version.
Stand-On allows the operator to have a position on the machine that grants:
- Better view of the mowing area.
- More safety, in case of having to quit the machine.
- Compact dimension
- Higher performance on slopes.
For the use in lawnmower mode with seated man on board.
RIDE-ON is an accessory that allows to use XM in the seated man on board version.
RIDE-ON offers a comfortable seat to the operator, even in intensive use, thanks to:
- Coupling joint with piston shock absorber.
- Comfort seat with high quality padding.
- Spring cushioned seat.
The quality of the mowing system without grass bag is granted by 3 separate GRIN mowing decks laid out in a triangle
The position of the engine, directly on the mowing deck, provides maximum efficiency and reduces the loss of power, granting grass pulverization even under difficult conditions.
The cleaning system, equipped with graft for water hose, is integrated into the mowing deck and allows a quick maintenance.
Button on the dashboard, that can also be used with the engine switched off, micrometric adjustment, from 25 mm to 115 mm (measured on tarmac).
GRIN XM is only app. 140 cm long and is handy in tight spaces, practical for transport on vehicles
the weight varies between 180 kg and 215 kg and this allows, minimal soil and turf crushing, maximum agility, less fuel consumption.
Grin XM can be equipped with the optional ON-BOARD connection plate for the quick coupling and uncoupling of two accessories that allow a different configuration
